Rotation Model

Hosting responsibilities rotate among council members, ensuring national reach while maintaining a consistent standard of excellence managed by UXINDIA.

Zero Cash Investment Required
The university provides venue and infrastructure (assets you already own) at no cost. UXINDIA assumes all operational costs and retains revenue from tickets/sponsors. You gain all the branding and placement benefits without writing a check.

Frequently Asked Questions
Minimal. You provide venue and basic infrastructure. UXINDIA covers all event production, marketing, speakers, and operations. There is no cash outlay required from your institution.
UXINDIA retains final authority on content curation and brand standards to ensure quality. However, Council members provide input on regional speakers, local programming, and showcase formats.
Some gaps can be addressed through rentals (e.g., AV equipment, WiFi). Be transparent in your EOI, and we'll assess feasibility during site visits. Essential: auditorium capacity, safety, and basic accessibility.
That's fine. Council membership doesn't require immediate hosting. We're building a 5-7 year rotation pipeline, so 2027-2028 hosting is equally valuable.
Yes, but manageable. Quarterly virtual meetings (60 min) and annual strategic sessions. Plus student ambassador programs and year-round engagement activities.
5-6 founding Council members. We're reviewing 10-12 applications and will conduct site visits with shortlisted institutions.
